Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the regional "Dayu" brand marketing and sales project channel development.
2. Develop agents, assist agents in project negotiations, project tracking management, construction guidance and technical exchanges.
3. Be responsible for the implementation of the shortlisted work of real estate companies and form continuous sales.
4. Provide sales service support for projects in the region and complete sales tasks.
Requirements:
1. Age 27-40 years old, gender is not limited, college degree or above.
2. At least 2 years experience in engineering channel development and management (working experience in the same industry is preferred).
3. Have independent market development and customer development ability, have excellent negotiation skills, strong language expression and communication skills.
4. Strong learning ability and team consciousness, good customer service consciousness.
5. Strong desire for success and ability to resist pressure.
Benefits:
Salary standard: basic salary 5000-8000 yuan/month commission
(Annual Income: Basic Salary Royalty Subsidy About 30-500000 Yuan)
